This smoothie is rich in antioxidants and contains sources of omega-3, protein and calcium.

Ingredients:

1 cup of chilled Almond Milk

1 tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil

1/2 cup of frozen Berries

2 tablespoons of Coconut Milk                                              

 

Method:

1. Place all ingredients into blender.

2. Blend on high until smooth.

3. Refrigerate if not drink immediately and consume within 2 hours.
